Returns & Exchanges

At JDM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JDM account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
